咖啡

Vietnamese people are so obsessed with coffee that almost every little street in the city has a local cafe. The country has never been short of coffee, and is the world's second largest coffee producer, behind Brazil. Starbucks only opened its first store in Vietnam in 2013, and the move was seen as brave. 

越南人非常爱喝咖啡，城市里几乎每条小街道都会有一家咖啡馆。越南盛产咖啡，是继巴西之后世界第二大咖啡生产国。2013年星巴克才在越南开了第一家咖啡连锁店，此举被认为很有勇气。

越南甘蔗虾

Grilled shrimp on sugarcane is a classic Vietnamese appetizer. 

越南甘蔗虾，经典越南开胃菜。把去了壳的鲜虾肉剁碎，打成虾胶后，裹在甘蔗枝上置于锅里油炸而成。外皮金黄酥脆，还粘着星星点点的面包糠，虾肉由于吸收了甘蔗的清甜，既香，又鲜、嫩、甜。吃的时候，要蘸着一碟辣椒梅子酱。
